Multilingualism Day 2020
The House of European History will take part in Multilingualism Day 2020, with video snapshots from its exhibition, on the topic of linguistic diversity in history. Visitors will gain insights on the history of languages in Europe through objects and stories from our permanent exhibition, and discover how they have shaped the continent.
During the whole day, take a peek behind the curtain and see how the European Parliament works in 24 languages. Watch online and participate in virtual workshops to meet interpreters and translators. See if there could be a career in languages for you and learn about the impact of multilingualism on Europe.
The event can be watched live on Saturday 26th of September from 10:00am on our Facebook channel: https://www.facebook.com/HistoriaEuropa/
